GENERAL
✪ How long have you been an illustrator?

I have been focused on an art concentration since I was in Middle School [~2002], and have been taking commissions and attending conventions since 2008. I love every minute of it and appreciate every opportunity I have to better myself and my work.

✪ Do you take custom orders for merchandise designs?

I will consider the opportunity, but it is advised to contact me directly do discuss the possibility. If agreed upon, a contract will be discussed and further discussion will need to occur to finalize the transaction.

✪ Can I repost, reuse, or share your artwork?
  • REPOST: If you are a commissioner of a piece of artwork that you have made a transaction with me and I have illustrated a piece of work for you, then yes, you may post your commission, AS LONG AS you use the low res file, credit my work and link back to me either with my website, or social media account of choice. If you are taking one of my pieces of work and posting it to your account with no credit, and you are merely attempting to gain followers and page views, then NO, you are NOT ALLOWED to repost.

  • REUSE: NO. My work is not for resale or reuse purposes unless previously discussed via email or commission contract.

  • SHARE: You may share my work via retweet, share, or post, AS LONG AS you credit my work, link back to my social media or website, and do not save one of my images with the intent to repost for views and not crediting my work. 

✪ I would love to see you at an upcoming event! Is there any way of knowing if you may be able to attend?

I keep a list of upcoming events on my HOME page. If you would like to see about having me as a guest or as a vendor at an upcoming convention or event, please contact me using the CONTACT page! :)

✪ Your work is amazing! How can I show my support?

Thank you so much! There are a number of ways you can show your support! 

  1. If you are able, feel free to take a look at my store and see about purchasing a one-of-a-kind gift for yourself or a loved one.

  2. If you didn't see something you quite liked in the store, I accept donations via PayPal or Kofi!

  3. And, as always, if you are unable to support with a purchase or donation, sharing and linking back to my store or social media accounts helps support me in the best way, as it allows more people to stop by and do the same.

SHIPPING
✪ How long will it take for my order to process?

We attempt to ship domestic packages within the United States in 2-5 business days.
Times and orders may vary based on our convention season and as well as holidays.

✪ How much does shipping cost? How long will it take for my package to arrive?
  • All orders are shipped through USPS, via First Class, and will come with a tracking number and insurance. Tracking numbers are valid for International orders, until they have left the US.

  • Orders typically will take the general amount of time listed below based on your location:

    • Domestic: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS

    • International: 2-5 WEEKS. Rare occurrences may cause the package to take longer.

  • Shipping and Handling Costs:

    • Domestic (United States): $7.00​ Flat Rate

    • International: Rate will calculate at time of checkout. Customs fees & taxes may occur, which are not included.

✪ Do you offer alternate shipping methods?

Unfortunately we only ship packages through the method discussed, but if you would like to arrange for a free pick-up at a convention we may be attending, please use the form on the CONTACT page of this site, and we can discuss if we will be able to accommodate. 

✪ Help! I accidentally put in the wrong address!

Inputting the correct information is the responsibility of the customer. If your address has an error in it and your order hasn't been shipped out yet, please send an e-mail to luna1024@sbcglobal.net or use the contact form on the CONTACT page with your order # and corrected address for assistance. Please note that once the order has been placed and has been sent out for delivery, we are unable to alter its destination.

If your package is sent back to us due to it being "undeliverable" or to a location with an incorrect address, you will have to re-pay for shipping in order for us to send it out again. If you do not want to pay for a second attempt, a refund for your order, not including the cost of the first round of shipping, can be given.

✪ My package never arrived / my package arrived damaged.

Orders are packaged in every way that we are able to make sure the product will arrive undamaged. Once orders have been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the damages that occur caused by your local postmasters handling procedures. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, you are responsible to contact USPS and file a claim to be reimbursed. Find out more here.​ 

Returns & Refunds
✪ What is the shop's return policy?

Customers may return items within 7 days of arrival. Item(s) must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please email your name and order number to luna1024@sbcglobal.net with the subject, "Return Request", so we can process your return. Please note that we can only provide refunds using the same method that the customer used for purchase. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping label, unless the reason for return is due to our own error, in which case we will pay for the return shipping.
